Vacation in style with this beautiful condo in the highly sought after resort of Windsor Hills. We have a great selection of privately owned condos and townhouses available here, each designed with your vacation enjoyment in mind, and 'Disney Magic' is a prime example of that.
Competitively priced, this excellent home offers tremendous value for money providing, as it does, great resort style amenities in a secure gated community.
The home you see featured here is called 'Disney Magic' and it is a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo in block number 3 of Windsor Hills, which places it just across from the main clubhouse and pool. In terms of location it doesn't get much better than this!.
Disney Magic is a second floor unit, serviced by 2 elevators, and as you would expect, this very popular condo also comes extremely well equipped. Disney Magic is also a larger than average condo as it boasts the larger floor plan, over 1410 sq feet. A little more room is always a good thing for a family on vacation but Disney Magic retains it's cozy feel too, which probably comes from the colors chosen to decorate the condo with, the tasteful furnishings that you see throughout and the 'beachy' theme that runs throughout the home.
As with our other homes we do restrict occupancy to 6 here to preserve the condition of the home. The bedrooms consist of 1 Master with a King size bed, a second with a Queen size bed, and a third bedroom, a twin room. All the bedrooms have flat screen TV's too, and upgraded cable packages..
Disney Magic also has a compact kitchen, spacious living room and dining area which seats 6, and even has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The main living area features a 50 inch flat screen television, with smart capability. Please note that the home also has high speed wireless internet access as well, which is offered complimentary to all our guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal and all the hand held appliances you would expect. All linens and towels are supplied for your stay in all our homes too, with all kitchen utensils and crockery provided as well.
A patio door from the living area leads onto a small balcony furnished with a table and chairs, which faces West and sees the sun well into the late afternoon. It is a very nice place to just sit and relax and reflect on just what a wonderful home, and community, this really is.
Pictures of the Windsor Hills resort are mixed in with those of Disney Magic just to emphasize the real quality this popular resort offers. Amenities
This is Windsor Hills, perhaps the best resort in the Disney area, with top class amenities, and a resort that is firmly established as THE place to vacation for families of all sizes.
It is widely considered to be a premier resort and once you have stayed there you will see why!. 24 hour security, a very active clubhouse with a games room, small electronics arcade, several play areas, and a large community pool complete with a water slide!. With a basketball court, tennis courts, small putting area, and even a business center for those who have to work as well, this resort provides everything you could need.
The facilities in Windsor Hills are as good as anywhere in town and you won't have to break the bank to enjoy them. All Windsor Hills properties are located less than 10 minutes from Disney World, just one mile from the attraction-packed HWY 192, about 2.5 miles from the I-4, and 10 minutes from Celebration, Florida, the community designed and built by Disney.
Universal Studios-Orlando is about 25 minutes away, and Sea World about 20 minutes, traffic permitting. Kennedy Space Center is just over 75 minutes away, and in the other direction Clearwater Beach is about a 90 minute drive. There is a shuttle service available from here to all the major attractions and airports, though charges do apply.
For golfers there are several courses within easy reach of here too, including The Legends course at Orange Lake, just a 5 minute drive from this excellent community, and the beautiful course at Celebration, only 15 minutes away. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby too.
There really is no denying that the reputation this resort has earned over the last 10 years is well deserved and will ensure that Windsor Hills remains one of the top destinations for families for many years to come.

Early check in and late check out may be available for an additional fee if the home allows. Please ask for further details.
* We take a 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are planning to stay within the next 30 days then full payment will be due at the time of booking to secure the home.
* Guests are not required to check in at our office in Celebration. You will be going straight to the property on arrival, and using a unique access code to gain entry. Your arrival pack, sent 5-7 days prior to arrival will have all this information, as well as the address, telephone number, and internet password for the property.
* Like all vacation homes our homes are classed as self catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap and toilet tissue but guests are expected to purchase their own during their stay.
