Welcome to Valhalla Shire, a beautiful 5 bedroom / 4 bathroom pool home, complete with spa, games room and conservation view, in an exclusive gated community close to almost everything a family could want!
Valhalla Shire is located less than 7 miles from Walt Disney World, in an exclusive gated community called The Shire, a sub division in West Haven.
With over 3,000 square feet of comfortable living space, your family will have plenty of space to relax. You will be able to enjoy two King master bedroom suites, each boasting their own en-suite bathrooms, in addition to which there are formal living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a family room that includes a 65“ flat screen TV.
Your vacation getaway is enhanced with a well equipped games room and a private pool and spa, tucked away in a quiet area with no rear-view neighbors to spoil your peace and quiet. The tranquility that Valhalla Shire provides really is a major plus for any family vacation, but it is by no means the only thing this wonderful home has to recommend it. In fact, the list is almost endless.
The Shire, a sub division located inside the impressive West Haven community, also has access to the clubhouse area which boasts a gym, large resort style pool, tennis courts, and a children's play area. The community itself is literally 5 minutes away from a host of restaurants at nearby ChampionsGate too, while about 10 minutes in the other direction you will find some great shopping opportunities at the very popular Posner Park Mall.
The I-4 highway is just a 5 minute drive away and from there you can easily access Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World, as well as visit the town of Celebration and all the other attractions of US-192 and International Drive.
Given all that, the location of Valhalla Shire is clearly a major plus, but it is the home itself which is the main attraction here and it is easy to see why.
Valhalla Shire is one of just 84 homes in The Shire, a gated community which is impressive to look at and immaculately maintained. You get the feel of luxury just driving through the gates and the home itself is very welcoming too, offering as it does, a spacious feel as you enter through the front door.
The first thing you see is the sheer size of the home, with the second sitting area to your right, complete with 50" TV, the dining area with seating for 6 next to that, and beyond that the kitchen and main living area, with the impressive pool in the distance.
The main living area has leather furniture, an impressive mahogany entertainment center housing a large 65" TV. It is an ideal place for the whole family to sit just back and relax, or maybe watch your latest home movies. With Disney Plus offered free of charge here there will be no shortage of things for the entire family to watch.
The kitchen is fully equipped as you would expect, with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal and a host of hand held appliances. All kitchen utensils and crockery are provided for you, as are all linens and towels.
The 2 King bedrooms are located on the second floor, but on the first floor is a Queen room, a welcome bonus for those who have trouble climbing stairs. Right next to that Queen room is a full bathroom too.
On the second floor you will find the other 4 bedrooms, the 2 King rooms mentioned earlier, both very impressive with full en suite facilities, the very spacious main Master bathroom being particularly luxurious with a Roman tub, separate shower and his and her sinks. These Master bedrooms also have access to the second floor balcony overlooking the pool, another quite unique feature of the homes in The Shire.
Another Queen bedroom, which boasts a Star Wars theme, and a twin room featuring Mickey Mouse himself, make up the 5 bed rooms in the home which do provide something for all the family. Incidentally, all the bedrooms have wall mounted TV's with smart TV capabilities, and all the TV's in the home have the Disney Plus option too.
Valhalla Shire does have a full size washer and dryer, located on the second floor, and a very nice games room in the garage, featuring another large TV, a small table tennis table, putting game, darts and foosball. *We do prefer it if adults are supervising here, especially if children are playing with the darts, but this room is sure to be popular with all members of the family.
Of course the main feature of most vacation homes is the swimming pool, and this home does not disappoint. The pool area itself is oversized which makes for plenty of room for family BBQ's or nights just relaxing with a glass of wine. The hot tub is a welcome addition too and certain to be popular, as is the setting which has a tranquil conservation view with no neighbors to the rear.
Valhalla Shire is a truly beautiful home with many things the vacationing family will love. The location, the proximity to shops and restaurants, the upgraded furnishings, the spacious floor plan, the entertainment provided, the pool and spa, it is all here for you. It is a great place to relax after a day at the local attractions and has all the comforts of home, as well as those little luxuries that make a good vacation home into a great one.

Early check in and late check out may be available for an additional fee if the home allows. Please ask for further details.
* We take a 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are planning to stay within the next 30 days then full payment will be due at the time of booking to secure the home.
* Guests are not required to check in at our office in Celebration. You will be going straight to the property on arrival, and using a unique access code to gain entry. Your arrival pack, sent 5-7 days prior to arrival will have all this information, as well as the address, telephone number, and internet password for the property.
* Like all vacation homes our homes are classed as self catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap and toilet tissue but guests are expected to purchase their own during their stay.
