Description;
Vacation in style with this quite stunning townhome in the wonderful new resort of Lucaya Village. We have a great selection of privately owned condos and townhouses available to our guests, each designed with your vacation enjoyment in mind, and 'Dunbroch' is a perfect example of that.
 
Very competitively priced, this beautiful home offers tremendous value for money providing, as it does, great resort style amenities in a secure gated community..
 
The home you see featured here is called 'Dunbroch' and it is a 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom townhome, located right next to the main clubhouse and pool. In terms of location it really doesn't get much better than this!.

Dunbroch, as you would expect, comes extremely well equipped. It has a very luxurious feel about it, which not only comes from the upgraded and stylish choice of furnishings, but also from the colors chosen to decorate this home. Pastel shades are prominent throughout Dunbroch and other touches, like the high quality bedding evident in all the rooms, are testament to the thought put in by the owners to make Dunbroch a relaxing place to spend your vacation.

It sleeps 10 people comfortably, but as with our other homes we do restrict occupancy to 8 to preserve the condition of the home. The bedrooms consist of 2 Masters, both with King size beds and full en-suite bathrooms, one of which is located on the first floor. The other rooms feature one with 2 Full size beds, and a twin room, specially themed for children, the theme being Disney of course, featuring Mickey Mouse.

All the bedrooms have 32" flat screen TV's, and are equipped with ceiling fans.

Dunbroch also has a compact kitchen, spacious living room and dining area which seats 6, and even has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The main living area features a 50 inch flat screen television, and please note too that the home also has high speed wireless internet access as well, which is offered complimentary to all our guests.
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal and all the hand held appliances you would expect. All linens and towels are supplied for your stay in all our homes too, with all kitchen utensils and crockery provided as well.
 
A patio door from the living area leads onto a small patio, which sees the sun well into the late afternoon. It is a very nice place to just sit and relax and reflect on just what a wonderful home, and community, this is.

Directly opposite the home you can see the main Lucaya Village Clubhouse and Pool and pictures of those are mixed in with those of Dunbroch just to emphasize the real quality this excellent resort offers.

* Check in time is 4.00pm. Check out time is 10.00am.
Early check in and late check out may be available for an additional fee if the home allows. Please ask for further details.

* We take a 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are planning to stay within the next 30 days then full payment will be due at the time of booking to secure the home.

* Guests are not required to check in at our office in Celebration. You will be going straight to the property on arrival, and using a unique access code to gain entry. Your arrival pack, sent 5-7 days prior to arrival will have all this information, as well as the address, telephone number, and internet password for the property.

* Like all vacation homes our homes are classed as self catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap and toilet tissue, but guests are expected to purchase their own during their stay.

West Lucaya Village;
This is West Lucaya Village, a brand new resort in the Disney area, with top class amenities, and very close to a hot of shops, restaurants and attractions that makes it a great for families of all sizes to have a truly memorable vacation.
 
West Lucaya Village is widely considered to be one of the best new resorts in the area and once you have stayed here you will see why!. A gated community,  a very active clubhouse with a games room, fitness center, playroom, and a large community pool complete with a spa, are just some of the things that are attracting visitors to this excellent community.
 
All West Lucaya Village properties are located less than 15 minutes from Disney World, less than one mile from the attraction-packed HWY 192, about 5 miles from the I-4, and just 15 minutes from Celebration, Florida, the community designed and built by Disney.
 
Universal Studios-Orlando is about 30 minutes away, and Sea World about 25 minutes, traffic permitting. Kennedy Space Center is just over 75 minutes away, and in the other direction Clearwater Beach is about a 80 minute drive. There is a shuttle service available from here to all the major attractions and airports, though charges do apply.
 
For golfers there are several courses within easy reach of here too, including The Legends course at Orange Lake, just a 5 minute drive from this excellent community, and the beautiful course at Celebration, only 15 minutes away. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby too with several supermarkets less than 5 minutes away.
 
There really is no denying that West Lucaya Village has much to offer families of all ages and sizes, and with the amenities on offer, plus the great location it enjoys, it seems destined to become a firm favorite for many visitors in the years to come.
