Once Upon A Dream Villa is a beautifully decorated 6 bedroom / 4 bathroom home in the extremely popular Windsor Hills Resort, and it comes with a lot of extras!

Located less than a 2 minute drive, or 5 minute walk, from the main resort clubhouse area, this extremely popular home is very well equipped as you will see. Once Upon A Dream sleeps 14 people comfortably, the bedrooms consisting of 2 King size Master bedrooms, with full en-suite facilities, 1 Queen size bedroom located on the first floor, 2 twin over full with twin trundle themed rooms and 1 twin themed room.

Other features of this wonderful home include a spacious kitchen, open living room, a games room with pool, shuffleboard and game console station, and a very spacious second sitting area which also houses the main dining area with seating for 8. There is also a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

The main living area boasts mahogany furniture and a 50 inch flat screen television, with a Blu Ray player. We even have a small library of DVDs available to guests on request. As the Blu Ray has wireless connectivity you could access your Netflix account through that too if you so desired.

Right next to the main living area is a Queen bedroom, and next to that is a full bathroom. This has been one of the most popular features of this floor plan especially for those guests that have difficulty negotiating stairs. The full size washer and dryer are on the first floor too, as is the second sitting area which has additional seating for up to 6 people, and the main dining area. Please note too that in the kitchen area there is an additional breakfast table that seats a further 4 people, so there is plenty of room for the whole family.

Once Upon A Dream Villa also has high speed wireless internet access as well, which is offered complimentary to all our guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped as you would expect with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal and all the hand held appliances you would need. All linens and towels are supplied for your stay in all our homes too, with kitchen utensils and crockery provided as well.

On the second floor there are a further 5 bedrooms, including the 2 KIng Master suites, a beatifully themed twin room, and 2 bunk bed rooms, each set of bunk beds featuring a Full size lower bed. Theses bedrooms have been professionally desined and decorated, and are quite stunning to see. The twin room has a Frozen theme, while one of the bunk beds is themed with Avengers, the other one entitled 'Surfs Up'. These bedrooms are sure to be a big hit with all members of the family, and do elevate this home in to the luxury category. All the bedrooms have flat screen TV's too, and upgraded cable packages.

A patio door from the living area leads onto a large patio furnished with loungers, tables and chairs, and facing South East, you can enjoy the setting sun well into the late afternoon from here. This relaxed setting also houses the pool and spa. Pool heat is available for an additional charge.

Finally, another great feature of this fabulous villa, and one that all guests really seem to enjoy, is the games room which is located in the garage. In here, you can enjoy the shuffleboard table, and take advantage of the pool table too, or play video games on the large wall mounted flatscreen TV.

Windsor Hills Resort

Located just 1.5 miles from Walt Disney World, this brilliant resort has everything and more for the family on vacation.

Some of the magnificent features of this guard-gated community include a luxurious water park pool with fountains, water-slides and a spa, separate toddler pool, tennis and volleyball courts as well as a childrens playground.

The enormous clubhouse over-looking the pool is stocked with billiards tables and a video game area, a sundry shop, fitness room with top of the line fitness equipment, high definition surround sound movie theater, and other outdoor recreational activities, all surrounding the Double Olympic Size Swimming Pool, which creates a relaxing, playful atmosphere for the entire family!

Nothing in this area has what Windsor Hills has to offer, which is why it is the number one resort for many visitors and the facilities here are as good as anywhere in town, and you won't have to break the bank to enjoy them.

All Windsor Hills properties are located less than 10 minutes from Disney World, just one mile from the attraction-packed HWY 192, about 2.5 miles from the I-4, and 10 minutes from Celebration, Florida, the community designed and built by Disney.

Universal Studios-Orlando is about 25 minutes away, and Sea World about 20 minutes, traffic permitting. Kennedy Space Center is just over 75 minutes away, and in the other direction Clearwater Beach is about a 90 minute drive. There is a shuttle service available from here to all the major attractions and airports, though charges do apply.

For golfers there are several courses within easy reach of here too, including Mystic Dunes, literally a 5 minute walk away, Legends course at Orange Lake, just a 5 minute drive away, and the beautiful course at Celebration, only 15 minutes away. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby too, with a Walmart supermarket less than half a mile away.

There really is no denying that the reputation this resort has earned over the last 10 years is well deserved and will ensure that Windsor Hills remains one of the top destinations for families for many years to come.
