Very competitively priced, this well appointed home offers fantastic value for money providing, as it does, tremendous resort style amenities, in a secure gated community, with a great location just 2 miles away from Walt Disney World.

Disney Magic is a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom ground floor condo in block number 3 of Windsor Hills. This floor plan is the biggest of any condo in Windsor Hills and with 1410 sq ft of living area to enjoy it provides plenty of room to relax, while the resort amenities provide a host of options for those who are more energetic!  Located about a one minute walk from the main clubhouse and pool area, complete with a superb water park, Disney Magic provides an enjoyable view of some of the resort amenities which can be enjoyed from your private patio. As you would expect, this lovely condo also comes extremely well equipped.

A little more room is always a good thing for a family on vacation, but Disney Magic retains its cozy feel, which probably comes from the colors chosen to decorate the condo with, the tasteful furnishings, and the beachy theme that runs throughout the home. There is a nice, relaxing vibe in this condo and many guests have commented on how easy it is to chill here, something that the owners were clearly going for. The home sleeps 6-8 people comfortably,  though we do prefer to restrict occupancy to just 6 in an effort to preserve the condition of the home.

The bedrooms consist of one king size master which has full en-suite facilities, a queen room which is very nicely decorated with high end bedding and furniture, and a third bedroom which houses 2 twin beds. The Queen and Twin bedrooms share the second full bathroom. We should also at this point add that all towels and linens are provided for your stay, another great feature offered in your home from home.

Disney Magic also boasts a compact kitchen, spacious living room and dining area, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The main living area features a large flat screen television, perfect for watching a family movie, and with an upgraded cable package too, there are plenty of those available. *Please note that the home also has high speed wireless internet access, offered complimentary to all Evergreen guests.

After enjoying a memorable day at the theme parks everyone will surely appreciate the well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal on offer as well as all the hand held appliances you would expect. With all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too, and a dining area with ample seating for 6, everything is there for you to both prepare, and enjoy, a home cooked family meal.

A patio door from the living area leads onto a small balcony furnished with a table and chairs, which faces West and sees the sun well into the late afternoon. It is a very nice place to just sit and relax and reflect on just what a wonderful place this really is.

Disney Magic has been incredibly popular over the years and really is an impressive option for all the family, from those who want superb resort style amenities, to families just looking to relax. Incidentally, for those who have difficulty with stairs, this second floor unit has that covered too as there are 2 elevators servicing the building.

Windsor Hills Resort

Windsor Hills is a beautiful, family-friendly, gated resort community in Kissimmee, Florida (south of Orlando). Situated only two miles from Walt Disney World® Resort, it’s located within easy reach of most of Orlando's top attractions. The Windsor Hills villas each have private, screened-in pools in addition to the fabulous community pool and kids’ water park. This secure, 24/7 guarded community has everything and more for your family vacation.

Some of Windsor Hills’ notable features include a luxurious zero-entry pool, water park with fountains and water slides, a hot tub/spa, and a toddler splash pad. There are plenty of recreational areas, including tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts for everyone. There’s even a putting green! Windsor Hills also features multiple playgrounds for the children, including a large castle-style playground.

All Windsor Hills vacation rentals are located less than 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, just one mile from the attraction-packed Highway 192, less than a mile from a Walmart Supercenter and gas station, about 2.5 miles from I-4, and 10 minutes from Celebration, the community designed and built by Disney. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.

Universal Orlando Resort is about 21 minutes away, and Sea World about 19 minutes, traffic permitting. Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral is just over an hour away. In the other direction, Clearwater Beach is about an hour and a half drive.

There are several golf courses within easy reach, including Mystic Dunes, a 72-par public course designed by Champions Tour Player and NBC Golf Analyst Gary Koch. It’s literally a five minute walk away. Legends course at Orange Lake (5 minute drive) and the beautiful course at Celebration (15 minute drive) are also nearby.

Early check in and late check out may be available for an additional fee if the home allows. Please ask for further details.

* We take a 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are planning to stay within the next 30 days then full payment will be due at the time of booking to secure the home.

* Guests are not required to check in at our office in Celebration. You will be going straight to the property on arrival, and using a unique access code to gain entry. Your arrival pack, sent 5-7 days prior to arrival will have all this information, as well as the address, telephone number, and internet password for the property.

* Like all vacation homes our homes are classed as self catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap, toilet tissue, shampoo, detergent and dishwasher tablets, but guests are expected to replenish them during their stay.
