Very competitively priced, Disney Dreamin’ Villa offers fantastic value for money with a beautifully furnished home in a tranquil setting. A 4 bedroom home with 2 full bathrooms, Disney Dreamin' Villa is very nicely furnished with your comfort in mind. It sleeps eight people comfortably and we do restrict occupancy to that number to preserve the integrity of the home.

The home has been recently re-tiled throughout, completely repainted, and all the furnishings and appliances are brand new. It boasts a colorful appearance, featuring pastel shades throughout, which we are sure many guests will find very appealing. The modern look is quite unique for a vacation home in this mainly residential community, and you certainly know you are on vacation when you stay here as the bright colors throughout raise your spirits!

There are four bedrooms in the property, consisting of one master with a king size bed and full en suite facilities, two queen bedrooms, and one twin room which is themed for children. All the bedrooms enjoy cable TV, with wall mounted flatscreens provided. We should add too that all towels and linens are provided for your stay in this home away from home.

Disney Dreamin' Villa also boasts a compact kitchen, spacious living room and dining area, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The main living area features a 55" flat screen television, perfect for watching a family movie, and with an upgraded cable package too, there are plenty of those available. *Please note that the home also has high speed wireless internet access, offered complimentary to all Evergreen guests.

After enjoying a memorable day at the theme parks everyone will surely appreciate the well stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer, stove, coffee machine, toaster too and a  waste disposal on offer as well as all the hand held appliances you would expect. With all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too, and a dining area with ample seating for 6, everything is there for you to both prepare, and enjoy, a home cooked family meal. There is an additional breakfast table with seating for 4 in the kitchen.

Sliding patio doors from the family room open onto a covered patio, which features a beautiful screened in swimming pool and a host of furniture. For families, it is worth noting that this pool area is very private and is south facing – a huge plus! Indeed, it is hard to think of a better place to relax, and with all this facing South you can enjoy plenty of sun as you plan your next adventure. *Pool heating is available for an extra fee - feel free to ask for more details.

With Disney World less than 2.5 miles away and access to all the shops and restaurants on US-192 just moments away, Disney Dreamin' Villa enjoys a great location right in the heart of the Disney area while being just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of daily life in the area’s busiest tourist resorts.

The community itself also has it's own attractions. There is a nice playground for children, an Olympic size community pool for those who want a more challenging swim, and there are even tennis courts available for the more energetic guests. Indian Ridge Villas really does have plenty going for it, which is why this home has been so popular the last few years.

Early check in and late check out may be available for an additional fee if the home allows. Please ask for further details.

* We take a 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are planning to stay within the next 30 days then full payment will be due at the time of booking to secure the home.

* Guests are not required to check in at our office in Celebration. You will be going straight to the property on arrival, and using a unique access code to gain entry. Your arrival pack, sent 5-7 days prior to arrival will have all this information, as well as the address, telephone number, and internet password for the property.

* Like all vacation homes our homes are classed as self catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap, toilet tissue, shampoo, detergent and dishwasher tablets, but guests are expected to replenish them during their stay.
