Past experience has shown us that for a property to be maintained properly with a long-term tenant in place, it is not only important to find the right person to live in the home, it is essential to ensure that the property is being well looked after.

We began offering this service a few years ago and it has proved to be very popular, and many owners have commented to us that it takes a great deal of pressure and stress away from them to know that their interests are being protected by us.

Our long-term management package is less expensive than the short-term rental management service, and we will not only maintain and prepare the property for a tenant, we will also advertise it for rental, do background checks on potential clients and hopefully find the right person to live in your home.

Once they are in place, we will take care of any issues that arise, collect rent on a monthly basis and carry out regular inspections of the home as a way of being proactive rather than reactive.
