Inside the property we have kept the interior decor very relaxed with a light and airy feel. We offer a beautiful master bedroom and a young, stylish twin bedroom, both of which enjoy ensuite showers and baths. Our sofa can be converted into a comfortable queen sized bed, if extra sleeping space is required. The lounge, kitchen and dining area are open plan and sliding glass doors open onto a sunny balcony, complete with patio dining furniture. Everything you need for your holiday is provided, from a dishwasher (who wants to wash dishes on holiday!) to beach towels - we even offer free broadband internet, 2 DVD players, DVD's, a music system and have cable TV in every room. The property boasts full air conditioning and heating and all new, modern appliances. Also included in your rental is full access to the designer pool, jacuzzi and luxurious clubhouse, which offers a games room with touch screen computers, pool table and table football, a full fitness suite, and a kitchen/bar/lounge area with a large plasma screen TV. Our home on Terrace Ridge is the perfect choice, whether you want a golfing holiday in the sun, just want to relax by the pool or enjoy the thrills and spills of the theme parks!
About the Community:
The use of all the onsite community facilities are available FREE of charge to all of our guests. Our apartment is located within a small prestigious gated community with an outstanding clubhouse. The grand entrance archways, enhanced by mature palm trees lead you into an interior of sharp design, with luxurious decor and furnishings. The large spacious lounge has several relaxation areas with excellent facilities that include, a large wall mounted plasma TV and wireless internet access. The games room is equipped with touch screen electronic game stations, a pool table and table football. Suspended from the ceiling are large Cable televisions that compliment the cool design of this sure to be popular room, for our younger and not so young guests. In the fitness room, guests can exercise from 7am using the selection of in house cycling and jogging machines that are available.
The large communal swimming pool and Jacuzzi spa are heated during the cooler months for guests comfort and enjoyment. Luxuriate in the Jacuzzi spa, positioned off the main pool deck in the gentle shade of a covered lanai area for those soft relaxing moments of bliss. The swimming pool is surrounded by a huge wrap around sun deck, complimented with a selection of quality deck furniture for guests to enjoy the wonderful Florida sunshine in luxury surroundings besides the pool. A white sand volley ball court is also included for guest use, and is located within the central leisure facilities area of the community.
