As property managers since 2001, Evergreen have obviously seen many things, and had to address many situations. Taking care of guests is one thing, marketing for bookings is something else, and these are the duties that you expect as a property manager.

Unfortunately, not all the guests that you get have the same standards as we do and there are occasions when issues far more serious than you may expect are left behind and have to be taken care of. Everybody gets bad guests from time to time, it is a cost of doing business in this industry. What sets a management company apart from another is how they address such situations, and do so in a manner that is not only cost-effective for the homeowner but guest-friendly too.

As a management company, we try to be pro-active in addressing many situations before they actually arise but the longer we have been in this business, the more apparent it has become that there is far more to management than just looking after guests, paying utility bills, renewing licenses and taking care of basic maintenance issues as they arise.

You have to be able to do so much more than that, and you have to have a team of specialists working with you in order to provide the extra services such as painting, air conditioning, pool repairs, renovation work, carpet and tile cleaning, and any electrical work that obviously needs urgent attention by qualified personnel.

Over the years, we have put together such a team and have carried out major renovations and improvements in many of our vacation homes, as well as other homes not managed by us but in urgent need of improvement.

We are proud of the team we have assembled and that is why we have extended the services we provide to the industry by adding a renovations and maintenance wing to Evergreen.

We will go in a home on request and give an analysis of ways in which we think the home could be improved as well as a rough estimate of what it would cost. We do this knowing that many owners have found themselves in a difficult position and cannot always afford the ridiculous prices that many other companies will quote.

We are very much owner-friendly in everything we do and will work with owners to give them what they want or need at a price they can realistically afford.
We are confident that for the service we provide, and the timeframe that we do it in, will be as good if not better than anybody else, and the prices will be extremely competitive.

If an owner, be it an owner of a vacation home or a long-term rental, wishes to come to us for management once those services have been carried out, then that will result in a further reduction in the cost of the work. We offer many incentives to owners where management is concerned, but at the end of the day, our aim is to do whatever is necessary to help an owner get the most from their home and we pride ourselves on how we go about doing this and the results we have achieved to date.
