"High Hopes" features brand new furnishings, electronics and appliances, as well as a Mickey Mouse themed kids bedroom. As with all condos in Windsor Hills, it is located close to the clubhouse area and is a lavish choice for our guests. We are sure this will be a popular choice all round.

About Our Homes

At Evergreen all our vacation homes are tastefully furnished and come with spacious bedrooms, the master with a large walk in closet, en-suite bathroom, some with roman tub, and often an extra shower unit and King size bed. A second bathroom serves the other bedrooms, one of which usually has a queen-size bed, the other having twin beds. The kitchens are fully fitted with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, kettle, coffee maker and waste disposal unit. There is also a pleasant breakfast area as well as a counter opening on to the living room. All units have a full size washer, and dryer and all the comforts of home.

Sliding patio doors open onto a covered patio which makes a delightful eating area by the private pool. The pool furniture, of course, is provided. The living room in each home is beautifully furnished with comfortable sofas (one of which pulls out to a double size bed), a separate dining area, remote cable TV, VCR/DVD and stereo. Computers with fully inclusive internet connection service are available for an additional fee. Please see the Evergreen services page for details. A telephone is always available, as are a hair dryer, towels, quality linens, and, if required, a crib and highchair.

At the back of each Evergreen Florida Vacation Homes villa is a fully screened private swimming pool, which has an underwater light for night time swimming. Evergreen pools come in many shapes and sizes, but all have been custom built to the owners’ specifications. Some of the pools are solar heated, (which of course is free energy), but many others are heated by gas or electric heaters, available for a nominal fee. The patio or deck areas are furnished with sun loungers, tables and chairs, and are equipped for evening swimming and/or dining activities beside the pool. All our pools are well maintained by professional Florida pool companies, who rlean them weekly, and check the vital chemical levels to ensure that they are just right for your safety and use. Some homeowners have also equipped their homes with a spa which is connected to the pool.

Evergreen can take your request for a home with one of these spas at no additional cost, and will do our best to meet your needs. However, our website contains detailed descriptions of each home and as we only offer specific homes to our clients, you can choose the home yourself and any that already have a spa are clearly shown.

Announcement to guests - American Express

Evergreen Florida Vacation Homes will no longer accept American Express as a form of payment for your reservations. Our new payment system no longer accommodates this method although we would like to stress that we still accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

In addition, we also accept "E-Checks" where the funds are drafted directly from your bank account, as well Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. Personal checks can be taken if the reservation is more than two months ahead, otherwise certified funds or the above credit cards.

Once payment is processed, a receipt will be automatically mailed to you. Please remember to have your billing address and card information at hand when placing a reservation. Lastly, when booking online, the whole process is automated so just fill in the blanks as you see them.

Housing market on the uprise

Reports are surfacing that in Q1 of 2011, the housing market saw an upturn of 13% more sales of existing homes.

Enquiries are also up 61% on inquiries for Florida vacation homes whereas Orlando saw 63% of sales of distressed homes increased and also a small improvement of traditional sales.

Orlando the first to top '50 Million' mark

According to the Orlando Sentinel, we are now the country's most visited tourist destination of 2010. And with the economy on a steady uprise, the reputed figure of 51.5 million visitors last year could always be topped.

This is great news for the land of the mouse, the city itself, the State of Florida and of course Evergreen Florida Vacation Homes. It is also a noteworthy achievement to have been scored above the likes of New York, Las Vegas and Chicago.

Walt Disney World itself is spread over two counties (Osceola and Orange) and other major attractions such as the Universal Orlando area, the Anheuser-Busch franchises and major beaches such as Clearwater and Cocoa are within a two hour radius.

There are no restrictions as to when you can take your vacation. Homes are currently available for this year, 2012, 2013 and so on. Feel free to browse our online calendars for up-to-date information.

If you reserve now, you will lock in the current advertised rate. This means that if they were ever to change, we will honor the rate and promotion specified at time of booking.

Other things to consider if you are planning a vacation with EFVH;

We take a 25% at time of booking with the remaining funds payable one calendar month before arrival.
Payment can be arranged online using our automated booking system using a major credit or debit card, or via check, money order or so forth. We do not take cash and payment is only accepted in advance of arrival.
Office hours are 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri and we are available via email at book@efvh.com or on the phone 407 566-9869 or 1800-406-4140.
Credit card information can also be called in at the phone numbers above, should you be more comfortable doing so.
There are no restrictions on the day of which you can arrive or depart your home. Fancy a drive down to Florida on a Saturday to check in on Sunday? No problem. Likewise if you would like a long weekend, you are more than welcome to do so. The only day of the year in which we do not handle arrivals is Christmas Day (December 25th) when we will be closed.
Check-in time is 4pm, with departure scheduled at 10am.
We do not allow pets at any of our properties. In accordance with Florida Law, all properties are also NON-SMOKING.
When staying in a gated community, please remember to bring your arrival pack and a print-out of your confirmation sheet, just so the security guards can identify you correctly. This is for the safety and integrity of your community.

Legoland Florida to open on October 15

Reportedly 2 million people will be awaiting the opening of Legoland Florida on October 15 in Winter Haven, Florida.
